Web Accessibility Specialist (WCAG / ADA)

Accessibility is our product promise — you make sure it's always true. Districts face real legal exposure under ADA Title II, and our platform ships with accessibility built in. You'll audit imported and client-built sites against WCAG 2.1 AA, remediate content (alt text, heading structure, documents), review our templates and features before release, and help districts respond to OCR complaints and accessibility plans. What you'll do: • Audit district sites (automated scan review + manual keyboard/screen-reader testing) • Remediate imported content and legacy PDFs • Gate new templates and features on accessibility review • Support sales with honest accessibility assessments of prospect sites What we're looking for: working knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2, screen readers (VoiceOver/NVDA/JAWS), and document accessibility. IAAP certification (CPACC/WAS) a plus, not a requirement.
